Michelle Behshid is originally from Santa Clarita, California. At fifteen, she traded the sunshine and mountains for the cornfields and flatlands of Culver, Indiana, where she attended Culver Academies and took her first art classes in painting. After high school, she attended Bowdoin College, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts and Mathematics. At Bowdoin, Michelle immersed herself in a diverse range of visual arts courses, from photography and painting to narrative structures, digital media, and etc.

Michelle's artistic repertoire includes graphic design, animation, charcoal, colored pencils, and oil and acrylic paints. In addition to her professional pursuits, she is passionate about ice hockey, a sport she has played for 14 years, including during her time in college and boarding school. Michelle's dedication to her work and her diverse experiences make her a versatile and dynamic designer.
